## Who we are

Courtyard HVAC is a local home comfort company serving homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our documented service area includes Woodbridge, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Mississauga, and nearby communities.

We are a family run business, and we have been servicing the GTA for over 50 years. We started our business in 1972.

From our Vaughan location at 125 Courtyard Lane, we help you plan, install, maintain, and repair the systems that keep your home comfortable throughout the year.

Our approach is built around honest advice, skilled work, and long-term customer care. We help you understand the available options, the important decisions for your home, and the next practical step.

## Our service philosophy

A better service experience starts before work begins. We arrive prepared, explain the work, provide clear options and pricing, and respect your home from the first visit through final cleanup.

Our technicians are licensed and trained, and we support customers through installation, maintenance, repairs, and ongoing care.

- Cooling: Air conditioners, ductless systems, and cooling repairs for GTA summers.

For indoor air quality, our documented solutions include filtration, purification, and humidity control. These services are intended to address the air conditions inside the home as part of a broader comfort plan, rather than treating heating or cooling in isolation.

For water heating, we assess factors such as incoming water temperature, the number of fixtures used at once, gas requirements, venting, drainage, and water quality before planning a tankless installation. This helps us match the system to real household use and available space.
