# Emergency Service

We provide emergency and after-hours HVAC support 24/7 across the Greater Toronto Area.

For emergency or after-hours service, call [416-555-0148](tel:4165550148). For urgent issues, calling is the fastest way to reach us.

## When to call for urgent heating help

A heating failure can put your home at risk. Call for urgent support when your heat stops working, including outside normal service hours.

Common situations that warrant prompt attention include:

- No heat, or unreliable furnace starts
- Cold rooms or poor airflow
- Burning smells or unusual furnace noises
- Weak airflow, frequent cycling, or uneven heat
- A boiler with missing or uneven heat
- Repeated boiler ignition faults
- Banging, whistling, or other new boiler noises

If you smell gas or see signs of combustion trouble around a boiler, shut down the system and contact a qualified technician. Do not delay a safety concern.

## Cooling and heat-pump problems

Our emergency and after-hours phone line is available for HVAC issues. Cooling and heat-pump problems that may need prompt attention include:

### Air conditioners

- The air conditioner runs but does not cool
- Ice or water around the equipment
- Weak airflow
- Frequent starts
- New noise, odour, or vibration

Same-day help may be available for some air-conditioner repairs when a stocked service vehicle has the required parts. Availability depends on parts and scheduling.

### Heat pumps

Call if your heat pump:

- Will not start
- Blows the wrong temperature
- Trips a breaker
- Freezes
- Develops new sounds

When diagnosing heat-pump problems, our technicians may inspect controls, airflow, refrigerant, coils, and electrical components before recommending a repair.

## Water-heating emergencies

We service both tankless and storage-tank water-heating systems.

For an after-hours water-heating problem, call [416-555-0148](tel:4165550148) so we can help determine the appropriate next step.

Our published information does not list a specific emergency-priority policy for water-heater failures. When you call, we will ask about what is happening (for example, loss of hot water, leakage concerns, unusual temperature, or any safety-related issue) and advise on next steps.

## Dispatch, pricing, and timing

- Emergency and after-hours service starts with a phone call to [416-555-0148](tel:4165550148).
- We do not offer an online emergency scheduling workflow.
- We do not publish a guaranteed arrival window.
- We do not publish a separate emergency dispatch form.

We also do not publish an after-hours diagnostic fee, overtime charge, surcharge, or fixed emergency-service rate. Confirm diagnostic and repair pricing, estimated arrival time, and any after-hours charges when you call.

Our emergency and after-hours support can cover furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and water-heating systems across the GTA.

For immediate safety concerns involving gas or combustion, shut down the affected system and contact a qualified technician. If there is an immediate threat to people or property, contact the appropriate emergency safety service first, then arrange HVAC service.

## What to have ready when you call

To help us assess your situation quickly, be ready to share:

- The equipment type (furnace, boiler, heat pump, air conditioner, tankless water heater, or storage-tank water heater)
- What has stopped working or what has changed
- Any safety-related symptoms (for example, burning smell, unusual noises, or signs of combustion trouble)

We will use this information to determine the next step for urgent support.
