Equipment & Brands

We install, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling equipment for homeowners across Woodbridge, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Mississauga, and nearby GTA communities.

Our public equipment information focuses on system types and design options rather than a complete manufacturer catalog. For a recommendation for your home, request a quote at https://courtyardhvac.com/contact-us with your existing equipment details, comfort concerns, and available electrical and ductwork information.

Equipment we install

Furnaces

We install high-efficiency furnaces selected around the home, ductwork, comfort goals, and budget. Our published furnace options include:

  • Single-stage systems rated up to 95% AFUE
  • Two-stage systems rated up to 96% AFUE
  • Modulating systems rated up to 98% AFUE

We assess sizing, ductwork, and the way the home is used before recommending equipment.

Our furnace service includes diagnosis and repair for problems such as unreliable starts, weak airflow, unusual sounds, frequent cycling, uneven heat, and rising energy use.

We do not publish a list of furnace manufacturers, model families, or brand-specific dealer status.

Heat pumps

We install heat pumps for both heating and cooling. Available system approaches include:

  • Central ducted heat pumps
  • Ductless room systems
  • Hybrid systems paired with a furnace
  • Cold-climate systems designed for Ontario winter conditions

During system planning, we review insulation, electrical capacity, ductwork, backup heat, capacity, and cold-weather performance.

Heat pump repair includes inspection of controls, airflow, refrigerant, coils, and electrical components.

We service central and ductless heat pumps from major manufacturers, but we do not publish the manufacturer names or model numbers covered by that service statement.

Central air conditioners

We install central air conditioners after assessing the home, windows, insulation, ductwork, and required capacity. Our published equipment levels are organized by seasonal efficiency and comfort features:

  • Reliable systems at approximately 13 SEER
  • Enhanced systems at approximately 15 SEER
  • Premium systems at 17+ SEER

We provide installation, seasonal maintenance, and repair support.

Air conditioner maintenance includes checks of controls, electrical parts, temperature change, coils, drains, and accessible refrigerant components.

Repair calls may involve warm air, weak airflow, ice or water near the equipment, frequent starts, unusual noise, odour, or vibration.

Ductless systems

We install ductless air-conditioning systems for additions, renovations, older homes, and rooms without conventional ductwork. A ductless system uses a compact outdoor unit connected to one or more indoor heads, allowing independent control by zone.

Ductless systems can provide cooling alone or heating and cooling together, with minimal disruption compared with installing new ductwork.

We select equipment locations to support room comfort, quiet operation, service access, and a clean finished appearance.

We do not publish a complete ductless manufacturer or model list.

Unico high-velocity cooling

We install and design Unico high-velocity cooling systems for older or architecturally sensitive homes. These systems use flexible mini-ducts that can fit inside smaller wall and ceiling cavities.

Small outlets help preserve trim, plaster, and other existing architectural details while distributing whole-home cooling.

High-velocity cooling may be appropriate for heritage properties, finished attics, and homes without conventional ductwork.

We plan outlet and return placement as part of the complete system design.

Unico is the only specific equipment brand named in our published equipment information.

Boilers and water heating

Our heating work also includes boiler systems. We install and service boiler options for radiator and in-floor heating, including modern condensing boilers that may combine space heating with domestic hot water.

We assess the boiler’s age, condition, operating cost, circulation, controls, and replacement requirements when discussing repair or replacement.

We also provide tank and tankless water-heating solutions. Specific water-heater manufacturers and model families are not published.

Brand service coverage

We do not present ourselves as a Carrier or Lennox dealer in the available equipment information, and no Carrier, Lennox, Mitsubishi, or LG installation catalog is published.

The clearest brand-specific information we publish is the Unico high-velocity cooling offering.

For heat pumps, we state that our trained technicians service central and ductless systems from major manufacturers.

For furnaces, central air conditioners, boilers, and water heaters, contact us with the equipment make and model so we can confirm serviceability and parts availability before scheduling work.

Parts and repair availability

Our air-conditioner repair vehicles are stocked to help technicians complete many common repairs during the first visit.

We diagnose the system before recommending work and explain repair or replacement choices based on equipment age and condition.

Heat pump diagnostics include controls, airflow, refrigerant, coils, and electrical parts. Air conditioner maintenance includes electrical components, drains, coils, and accessible refrigerant components.

We do not publish an itemized truck-stock list, warehouse inventory, brand-by-brand parts list, or lead times for parts that must be ordered.

Availability can depend on the equipment make, model, age, and whether the required component is still supported by the manufacturer.

Provide the model and serial numbers when requesting service so we can check the correct part before the appointment.

Maintenance plans and warranty boundaries

Our Courtyard Care plans are built around the equipment installed in your home rather than a single package for every system.

Annual precision maintenance may cover furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, humidifiers, and ventilation equipment.

Select plans may include repair discounts, parts and labour coverage, and priority service.

The available plan information does not publish plan names, prices, deductibles, coverage limits, or a complete list of included parts.

Manufacturer warranty terms are separate from the Care plan information.

We recommend reviewing warranty coverage, confirming indoor and outdoor equipment compatibility, and registering the warranty when a new central air-conditioning system is installed.

We do not publish warranty tiers, manufacturer-specific duration, registration procedures, exclusions, or labour terms on the equipment pages.
