Repair pricing

Our furnace-repair process is designed so you know the recommended work and price before repairs start. We explain the fault, outline the available options, and provide clear pricing before work begins.

The same quote-request process is used for cooling, heat-pump, and water-heater services.

We do not publish a standard diagnostic fee, repair-call fee, after-hours surcharge, travel charge, or a policy stating that a diagnostic fee is waived when you approve a repair. Ask us to confirm the applicable visit and diagnostic charges when you contact us, particularly for emergency or after-hours service.

Installation quotes

Installation pricing is prepared after we understand the home and the proposed equipment.

Furnace recommendations: our comfort advisors compare factors such as the home's space, ductwork, and longer-term plans.
Tankless water-heater installations: we assess gas supply, venting, drainage, and water quality before planning the installation.

These evaluations help determine the appropriate scope of work and the installation quote.

We do not publish standard installation prices, deposit amounts, milestone payments, or a final-payment schedule. Review your quote or installation agreement for the exact project price and payment schedule before work is authorized.

Our offers page currently lists the following savings and payment-related promotions (terms and eligibility apply to each offer):

High-efficiency systems: save up to $2,000 through instant savings on qualifying high-efficiency systems.
Water heaters: plans are available from $24.99 monthly for professionally installed water heaters. The offer page describes these as flexible monthly plans. It does not state the provider, interest rate, term, credit requirements, or upfront amount.
Courtyard Care members: new Courtyard Care members receive 50% off their first tune-up as a seasonal promotion.

Offer availability, eligibility, and the final amount payable should be confirmed when you request a quote.

The $24.99 monthly figure is an advertised starting amount for the water-heater offer, not a universal price for every installation.

Courtyard Care plans

Courtyard Care plans are quote-based preventive-maintenance and protection plans.

Annual precision maintenance includes scheduled inspections intended to keep equipment clean, safe, and ready for the season.

Depending on the selected plan, coverage may include repair discounts, parts and labour coverage, and priority service.

Plans can be built around the equipment installed in your home, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, humidifiers, and ventilation equipment.

We do not publish Care-plan prices, enrollment fees, renewal terms, or the exact coverage included in each plan. Request a quote so we can match the plan to your equipment.

Payment methods and financing

We do not publish a complete list of accepted payment methods or a standard billing due date.

We also do not identify a financing provider or publish APRs, repayment terms, credit requirements, approval criteria, or early-payment conditions. Confirm these details before approving an installation or repair.
